To transform the dream into reality Accelya Kale has initiated a “Accelya Kale Gender Inclusivity Movement” (AKGIM) on November 26, 2010. KGIM is a corporate grass root movement, fundamental in spearheading and contribute towards gender inclusivity in Accelya Kale; raising awareness of the capabilities, skills and strengths personified by female employees; and illuminating the key issues that hold women back.
Communication is an integral part of all Org-wide efforts and the portal is no exception to this. The Accelya Kale Women Portal aims to amplify and keep Accelya Kale employees up to date on network/movement issues and provide an opportunity to discuss and provide inputs on the issues and pipeline activities related to Accelya Kale Women’s Network at corporate levels.
