I am proud of being a part of an organisation who serves Airlines, Logistics, Travels and Hospitality industry globally, through its wide range of products and services. Furthermore organization focus on strategic conceptual projects like IATA SIS has given me an opportunity of a lifetime to learn. Post Accelya Kale’s acquisition, we now are a truly global branch and we are recognised more strongly in the industry. This makes the employees proud when we represent ourselves in the market. 

Most of us are unaware of what exactly we want to be or do when “we grow up”. Well that was me, but what I did know is that I wanted a challenge, something that would keep my attention, provide me with ample amount of opportunities to grow and endless possibilities to learn as much as I can. Joining Accelya Kale has been all that and more. Accelya Kale truly cares about its people. I honestly believe that there would be few who would disagree with me.

There’s a real culture of success at Accelya Kale that makes working here incredibly engaging. Accelya Kale offered me the opportunity to thrive in an ever changing work environment with constant challenges and opportunities to grow. The departmental challenges are cracked by effective team involvement with innovative ideas. It has only been a year in Accelya Kale, but it has become a second home for me. The friendly colleagues, global work culture, quality of work that I get here, trust my seniors put in me (my work) and a transparent top management have had a phenomenal role in making Accelya Kale a Accelya preferred place by many employees to work. The organisation has a perfect blend of people, culture and values and is a great organisation to work for.

After an enriching stint at my previous employers, the opportunity to be part of an organization that was growing and has strong ongoing growth ambitions was extremely attractive especially when compared to the decline approaches of many other organisations. The job itself is amazing because I get to travel around; meet different people, and see so many different business processes at work. As an organisation we are beginning to mature into one that understands the need to leverage both industry specific expertise and functional skills.

I am grateful for the trust shown in me by my seniors. At Accelya Kale, we are always encouraged to think ‘out-of-the-box’ to make things better. What motivates me to put in my best for my company is the work culture and the people.
