Mr. Lesueur is well known and highly respected in the airline industry where he has spent close to 30 years. Under his leadership, the business of Accelya has grown from BSP (billing and settlement plan) processing in one country in 1982 to cover more than 108 countries and volumes that exceed 180 million tickets per year.

Vipul Jain is a B.Tech from IIT - Kanpur and a Post Graduate in Management from IIM - Ahmedabad. He won the President's Gold Medal for topping the 1980 MBA class at IIM - Ahmedabad. He joined the prestigious Tata Administrative Service and was deputed to the Taj Hotels Company to set up and head the Information Systems Department. He was responsible for development and implementation of the country's first on-line Hotel Management System in 1982. Other pioneering systems for the hospitality industry included Food and Beverage Control systems, Central Reservation systems, Flight Kitchen Systems etc

In 1986, Vipul left a high-flying corporate career to begin life as an entrepreneur. Along with Narendra Kale, he co-founded Kale Consultants. Starting with a team of 8 and a one room office, the dream was to build a global company that would be "Best of Breed" in the businesses it chose to be in. With this vision, Kale chose to specialize in selected vertical industries and create innovative software products. Kewal Krishan Nohria currently serves as an Independent Director at Accelya Kale and Senior Executive Officer of Maini Precision Products Private Limited. Dr. Nohria has over 50 years experience in Electrical & Electronics Industry. He served as Managing Director of Crompton Greaves Ltd. since 1985 and has been associated with them since 1978. He later went on to serve as Chairman of Crompton Greaves Ltd., from1997 to July 22, 2004.
